- 136 homes without heat now have operating furnaces
- 56 homes without hot water now have operating hot water heaters
- 73 houses had wheelchair ramps installed
- 343 houses were winterized
- 227 houses received electrical repairs
- 211 houses received plumbing repairs
- 97 houses had guttering replaced
- 61 houses had roofs repaired or replaced
- 236 houses received carpentry services
- 184 houses had windows and glass replaced
- 78 houses had doors repaired or replaced
- 246 houses were painted
